This notice is provided under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”) to inform you about the personal data processed through the bicakestate.com website and the contact channels on it. A separate notice (BE-F06) is provided for brokerage processes conducted in person.

2. What personal data we process
- Identity and contact: full name, phone number, email address (optional).
- Request details: the subject you select and the area, budget range and property details you share in your message.
- Consent records: the date and time you submit the form, the boxes you tick, the version of the consent text and your IP address (as proof of consent and for information security).
- Technical logs: access logs created on our hosting provider’s servers when you visit the site (IP address, date and time, browser information).
We do not request special categories of personal data (health, religion, biometrics, etc.) through the site; please do not share such information in your message.

Declining the consents that require explicit approval does not prevent us from answering your request or serving you.
4. How data is collected
Through the contact form on the site, by phone, by email and through WhatsApp conversations you choose to start, by automated or partly automated means.
5. Who we share data with
Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. It may be shared only as the service requires with our website hosting and email provider, our lawyer and accountant, and authorised public bodies and courts upon request. Sharing with another licensed real estate business for property matching is based only on your separate explicit consent.
If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are processed on WhatsApp (Meta) infrastructure under that service’s own terms. You may use phone or email instead.
6. How long data is kept
Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 1 year at the latest after the request is answered. Archive records based on your consent are deleted or anonymised when you withdraw consent or the set retention period from the last contact expires. Where a contract is formed, data is kept for the retention and limitation periods required by law.
7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed; request information; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met and notification of these actions to third parties; object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
You may submit requests using the methods set out in the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller: in writing to the address above, or to info@bicakestate.com from the email address you have previously provided to us. Requests are concluded free of charge within 30 days (KVKK Art. 13).
9. Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by phone, email or in writing. Withdrawal takes effect for the future; the relevant record is deleted and the deletion date is logged.
