Who we are
BICAK ESTATE is an Istanbul-based real estate advisory that puts transaction safety at the centre of every sale, purchase and rental.
“Bıçak” means “blade” in Turkish. The blade in our logo stands for clear, decisive judgement: we cut away uncertainty before the deal and set out the risks in writing. We never proceed without checking the title deed, encumbrances, ownership and authority, and the price range.
Our goal is not to publish the most listings, but to stand behind every listing we publish.

Our vision
When a home changes hands, it is often a family’s years of savings changing hands. We want a market where that decision is never made on guesswork, in a hurry or on a verbal promise: a market where every figure has a source, every document is checked and every step is in writing.
Our mission
We check the title deed, encumbrances, authority and price range before the deal, and set the risks out for you in writing. The decision is always yours, but never on incomplete information.
After the title transfer, we remain a team you can turn to for your documents and questions.
We do not sell under pressure and we do not recommend property we have not checked. Our fee is agreed in writing before any work begins.
